We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Long Beach team! The TA intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to various projects. This position is designed to provide exposure to different aspects of our organization and offers a dynamic learning environment.

Requirements

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and an interest in data reporting.
  • A passion for recruiting, talent acquisition, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and/or ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize ATS, Teamwork Online, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other resources to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for open roles.
  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and tracking applicant flow.
  • Support the candidate pipeline by maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies.
  • Project management for various DEI initiatives, programs, and events.
  • Assist TA Manager with weekly and bi-weekly reports and other projects as needed.
