About The Position

This role involves supporting the localized implementation of internal Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives. The intern will assist in organizing and executing internal recruiting events to enhance employee engagement and strengthen the company’s internal brand. A key responsibility will be curating and assisting with social media content operations for recruitment-related channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to showcase "Life at Tencent" and enhance brand presence in the global talent market. The intern will also perform data analysis on content performance to optimize reach and engagement, audit current recruiting processes and Standard Operating Procedure documents for standardization and efficiency improvements, and provide support for other people-related projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Minimum internship period of 3-6 months.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-regional and cross-cultural teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong interest in content creation and social media trends; experience in graphic design or video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate seamless collaboration between global stakeholders and our HQ teams in China.

Responsibilities
