This role involves supporting the localized implementation of internal Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives, assisting in the organization and execution of internal recruiting events, and curating social media content for recruitment channels to enhance brand presence. The intern will also perform data analysis on content performance, audit recruiting processes, and create Standard Operating Procedure documents. Additionally, support for other people-related projects may be required to ensure smooth team operations.
