About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Recruitment & Selection team in identifying and assessing candidates, contributing to the development of a diverse external talent pipeline across multiple markets. This role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, managing multiple requisitions, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining recruitment systems and reports.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
  • Assist in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining an organized and up-to-date candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and support the delivery of high-quality talent.
  • Contribute to a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear, timely, and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Update and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and hiring activities.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of Talent Acquisition reports for North America & LATAM and global teams.
