About The Position

As our Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle across every department: Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Support, and beyond, while also laying the foundational HR infrastructure that will support our global team for years to come. This is a rare opportunity. You'll have a direct line to company leadership, the autonomy to build processes from scratch, and a front-row seat to what it looks like when a high-performing startup scales at speed.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or have equivalent hands-on experience that speaks for itself
  • Bring 3 to 5 years of HR and recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup or international organization
  • Have bilingual or native-level English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages are a strong asset
  • Are a self-starter who identifies what needs to be done and does it without waiting to be asked
  • Are equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to execute
  • Have experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools
  • Have experience in SaaS or technology recruitment, supporting the hiring of both sales and technical talent.
  • Are people-first in your approach; empathetic, professional, and genuinely excited about matching the right people with the right roles

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across all departments: job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, offer letters, and onboarding coordination
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience; keeping applicants informed, engaged, and enthusiastic throughout the entire process
  • Research market compensation benchmarks and make data-informed salary recommendations
  • Produce candidate summary reports and hiring recommendations for department leaders
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations across all countries where we have employees and contractors
  • Build and maintain country-specific HR guidelines (public holidays, statutory benefits, health insurance requirements, etc.)
  • Standardize and continuously improve our global benefits and compensation packages to remain competitive and attract top talent
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records at all times
  • Evaluate current HR practices and recommend improvements for efficiency, compliance, and liability protection
  • Partner with department leads to design onboarding programs, training initiatives, and professional development pathways
  • Help coordinate team culture-building activities; including virtual activities, quarterly company-wide meetings, annual incentive trips, etc
  • Schedule, track, and ensure the completion of performance review meetings in collaboration with each employee and their respective manager
  • Track and report on key HR metrics: time-to-fill, retention rates, employee engagement scores, and more
