Champion your future with Tarkett Sports! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator working hybrid (2 days in office) from our Calhoun, GA location. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the HR Coordinator, Talent Acquisition & HR Projects plays a key role in supporting the full-cycle recruiting and onboarding experience while also contributing to HR operational and project-based initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating recruiting logistics, creating and managing job requisitions, scheduling interviews, supporting onboarding and Day 1 new hire experience activities, and assisting with HR reporting, process improvement, and project coordination. The position also supports broader HR operations through data analysis, process administration, project execution, and cross-functional coordination to help drive operational efficiency and positive employee experiences.
