About The Position

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! This role involves shaping recruiting strategies for diverse Business Groups across an international landscape. You will collaborate closely with HR Professionals & Hiring Managers to understand business needs, while attracting top talent. You will drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish, keeping the process on task & ensuring high quality, fast results. This role also involves developing & implementing strategic, multichannel, proactive sourcing approaches and building & managing a robust talent pipeline. You will leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, automated messaging, and prompt-based workflows) to enhance sourcing strategies, improve candidate engagement, and drive recruiting efficiency.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to our locations in: Plymouth, MI, Durham, NC, or Londonderry, NH
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of Technical, Corporate or Manufacturing recruitment experience as a recruiting expert in external recruiting agencies or in-house recruitment
  • Fluent professional-level English and local language skills as needed (verbal and written)
  • National travel of 10-15% required
