About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Expert will be responsible for shaping recruiting strategies for diverse Business Groups across an international landscape. This role involves collaborating closely with HR Professionals & Hiring Managers to understand business needs, while attracting top talent. The expert will drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring high quality, fast results. They will also develop and implement strategic, multichannel, proactive sourcing approaches and build and manage a robust talent pipeline. Leveraging AI-enabled tools like LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, automated messaging, and prompt-based workflows is key to enhancing sourcing strategies, improving candidate engagement, and driving recruiting efficiency.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to our locations in: Plymouth, MI, Durham, NC, or Londonderry, NH
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of Technical, Corporate or Manufacturing recruitment experience as a recruiting expert in external recruiting agencies or in-house recruitment
  • Fluent professional-level English and local language skills as needed (verbal and written)
  • National travel of 10-15% required
