About The Position

As our Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist, you will help drive two of our most important priorities: hiring exceptional talent and fostering an engaging employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves creating programs that bring people together. You'll lead recruiting efforts across the organization while also overseeing employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, workplace experience activities, and company events. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, or a related field.
  • Strong recruiting skills with experience managing full-cycle talent acquisition processes.
  • Experience planning and coordinating employee events, engagement programs, or workplace culture initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions across the organization.
  • Partner directly with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring strategies.
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, and talent pipelines.
  • Conduct proactive recruiting and headhunting efforts to identify and engage high-quality passive candidates through networking, outreach, social platforms, and industry partnerships.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews and candidate communications to ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership on offer preparation and hiring decisions.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics and hiring effectiveness.
  • Lead in-office onboarding and new hire orientation programs to create a welcoming and engaging employee experience.
  • Partner with managers and departments to ensure onboarding preparedness and successful integration of new employees.
  • Gather and evaluate new hire feedback to improve onboarding effectiveness and retention.
  • Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen the organization's reputation and employee value proposition.
  • Own and manage the company's employer review presence on platforms such as Glassdoor and Indeed, including monitoring reviews, encouraging employee participation, and partnering with leadership on strategies to improve employer ratings and candidate perception.
  • Participate in employee events, culture initiatives, and engagement activities that support the company brand.
  • Administer employee engagement surveys, feedback tools, and related action planning initiatives.
  • Partner closely with leaders and teams to implement engagement strategies that improve culture, morale, and retention.
  • Monitor engagement trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop, coordinate, and administer employee recognition, appreciation, and rewards programs.
  • Coordinate employee milestone celebrations including birthdays, work anniversies, service awards, promotions, and other recognition initiatives.
  • Support employee communication initiatives that promote engagement and organizational connection.
  • Maintain a visible and approachable presence within the office and field locations to support employee connection and engagement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly employee engagement activities, culture-building events, team celebrations, and small-scale corporate events.
  • Lead planning and execution of annual company events, employee appreciation activities, holiday celebrations, and other large-scale organizational events.
  • Coordinate annual manager and leadership events, retreats, meetings, recognition activities, and development programs.
  • Partner with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to manage event logistics, budgets, communications, and event execution.
  • Evaluate event success through employee feedback, participation metrics, and post-event assessments.
  • Develop creative engagement opportunities that strengthen company culture and employee connection.
  • Manage office snack and beverage programs, including purchasing, inventory management, stocking refrigerators, snack stations, and breakroom supplies.
  • Coordinate office purchases related to employee engagement activities, recognition programs, company events, and workplace amenities.
  • Maintain breakrooms, kitchens, and employee common areas to support a positive workplace experience.
  • Assist with hospitality and office readiness for visitors, candidates, leadership meetings, and company events.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience through workplace improvements and office culture initiatives.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding engagement programs, events, recognition opportunities, and workplace activities.
