Talent Acquisition Specialist Travel Incorporated | Duluth, GA | Full-Time | On-site At Travel Incorporated, we know that great companies are built by great people. Requirements

  • 2–5 years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest or experience supporting employee engagement, onboarding, culture initiatives, or broader HR programs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, with a primary focus on high-volume, client-facing roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative recruiting methods.
  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring decisions, and extend offers.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Represent Travel Incorporated at job fairs, networking events, and community recruiting initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding activities to help new hires feel welcomed and prepared for success.
  • Support employee engagement programs, company events, recognition initiatives, and culture-building activities.
  • Partner with the HR team on projects that enhance the overall associate experience.
  • Assist with special HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts as business needs evolve.
