This role is responsible for high-volume sourcing and screening activities to deliver qualified, interview-ready candidates to hiring leaders in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist focuses on building candidate pipelines, conducting structured phone screens, and maintaining consistent funnel activity to meet weekly hiring targets. This role partners closely with hiring leaders and recruiting peers to ensure speed, quality, and data integrity while delivering a strong candidate experience. This position operates within established SLAs and recruiting processes and is expected to manage multiple requisitions and markets simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Must work onsite in our Lehi, UT office.
