About The Position

At MJH Life Sciences, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. You will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments — coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, maintaining an exceptional candidate experience, and keeping recruiting operations running efficiently. This role is for someone who takes ownership of their work, moves with urgency, and actively uses AI tools to work smarter and deliver better outcomes across every part of the hiring process.

Requirements

  • A go-getter who does not wait to be asked — you spot gaps, take initiative, and follow through without needing close oversight
  • An AI-native mindset. You actively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn AI features, or recruiting automation platforms to improve how you source, schedule, communicate, and report — and you can clearly articulate the impact
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidates, and timelines simultaneously without losing quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally to candidates and external partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for creating a positive candidate experience
  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset and strong follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • AI Capability Expectation: Candidates should be prepared to discuss how they are currently using AI in their recruiting or professional work. This includes: Specific tools in active use and how they are applied to sourcing, scheduling, communication, or reporting; Measurable impact such as time saved, improved candidate response rates, or increased operational efficiency; Understanding of how to use AI responsibly while maintaining candidate confidentiality and a high-quality experience
  • Ability to travel locally for recruiting events and career fairs as needed

Nice To Haves

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a related field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or other recruiting platforms a plus
  • Bonus: examples of AI-driven workflows, sourcing strategies, or process improvements that enhanced recruiting effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, keeping candidates moving and communication clear at every stage
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels — conducting outreach, building pipelines, and identifying qualified talent for current and future openings
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate qualification conversations, assessing fit against role requirements and moving quickly to keep the process on track
  • Use AI tools to accelerate sourcing, streamline scheduling, improve candidate communications, and enhance the overall efficiency of recruiting operations
  • Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and on-site interviews across multiple departments and time zones, managing calendars and resolving conflicts professionally and without delay
  • Prepare and distribute interview confirmations, agendas, and panel materials to ensure every interviewer is ready and every candidate feels informed and valued
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process, providing timely updates and creating a welcoming experience from application through offer
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS, supporting job postings, requisition management, offer coordination, and pre-employment processes
  • Prepare recruiting reports, metrics, and tracking documents that give the team clear visibility into pipeline health and progress
  • Represent MJH Life Sciences at career fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting initiatives, building relationships with universities and external talent networks
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and coordination processes, contributing to a team culture of continuous improvement
