About The Position

This role is for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in a manufacturing environment. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two years in recruiting or talent acquisition, specifically within manufacturing recruiting. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills are essential, including proficiency with ATS, recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. The role also involves staying current with labor laws and leveraging AI tools for productivity. Eligibility to work in the US is required, and visa sponsorships are not provided. Passing a pre-employment physical and drug screen is also a requirement.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of two years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition required
  • Manufacturing recruiting is required
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint expertise
  • Project management and change management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Up to date on key federal, state and local laws and regulations
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States, visa sponsorships are not available
  • Regular attendance required

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred
  • iCIMS is preferred

  • Manage recruiting processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Negotiate offers and make hiring decisions.
  • Handle multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Utilize AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
  • Maintain regular attendance.
