Requirements

2+ years of Human Resources or recruiting experience required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
Demonstrates leadership skills, customer service, self-motivation, problem solving, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision
Organizational and time management skills
Strong computer proficiency

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Assisting Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers with recruitment and onboarding process.
Assisting with onboarding candidates including running reference checks, initiating BAYADA documentation, federal exclusion checks, and auditing files.
Managing and pulling reports as well as provide basic support for the Talent Acquisition team
Sending monthly and weekly e-blasts advertising the requisitions for all divisions
Working collaboratively to initiate background checks
Adjusting easily to change and take initiative with team projects and pilots
