About The Position

Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Healthcare Recruiter and play a vital role in connecting exceptional healthcare professionals with opportunities to make a difference in the lives of our patients and communities. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process—from developing innovative sourcing strategies and engaging candidates to coordinating interviews and guiding new hires to onboarding. This role partners closely with leaders across the organization to understand workforce needs, attract top clinical and non-clinical talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our commitment to our people and mission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year professional-level experience in a recruiting role to include some compensation experience; preferably in healthcare or other complex environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-5 years or more of professional-level experience in a recruiting role.
  • Experience in other functions of Human Resources.
  • Extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels in the organization.
  • Accepts responsibility to deliver on performance expectations which contribute to the organization’s goals.
  • Expresses ideas and information effectively both verbally and in writing. Shares information and ideas with others and has good listening skills.

  • Having and using knowledge of systems, situations, procedures, and culture inside the organization to identify potential problems and opportunities; perceiving the impact and the implications of decisions on other components of the organization.
  • Understands and processes complex information and exercises sound judgment, considering the situation, the issues, the key players, and the levels of authority involved. Proposes courses of action that further the objectives, priorities, and vision of the organization.
