About The Position

Under the leadership of the Manager Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to Parkview Health. This position delivers high quality candidates through innovative recruitment strategies, while guiding candidates and hiring managers through the Parkview interview and selection process. This individual will perform a variety of professional and administrative functions in support of full lifecycle recruiting, maintain excellent relations with candidates, hiring managers and the community at-large.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Three to five years recruitment experience with an emphasis in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Proven abilities to consult and manage recruitment processes in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, employment law, wage and salary trends and relationship management.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems and other related technology.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Online sourcing & pipeline building experience.
• Ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers ensuring service excellence within all facets of the hiring life cycle.
• Sufficient knowledge of recruitment to maintain credibility with all levels of staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast pace and results-oriented environment.
