About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for managing a high-volume desk in healthcare recruitment. This role requires significant phone-based work and involves screening candidates. The position is primarily remote but requires the candidate to reside in the Kansas City metro area for occasional on-site needs. The role is expected to start ASAP and has the potential for extension. Orientation will be held on the KU main campus every Monday and Tuesday, with the first week requiring on-site presence for training. The facility is nicotine-free, and pay is bi-weekly.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of prior healthcare recruitment experience.
• Experience screening candidates.
• Prior ATS experience required.
• Experience managing a high-volume desk.
• Must be comfortable being on the phone a lot.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must reside in the Kansas City metro area.
• Must be able to go onsite whenever needed.
• Must be able to attend orientation on KU main campus every Mon & Tues.
• Must be able to be on-site for the first week due to training.

Nice To Haves

• Ideally with Workday ATS experience.
• 3-5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience.
• Great background in sourcing candidates.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
