Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • Interest in recruiting, talent strategy, or people operations
  • Interview Coordination & Process Management – Effectively manages scheduling, logistics, and workflows to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Candidate Sourcing & Market Research – Identifies, engages, and builds pipelines of talent using sourcing tools and competitive insights
  • Data & Reporting – Tracks recruiting metrics and builds dashboards to monitor pipeline health and hiring performance
  • Analytical Thinking – Uses data to identify trends, uncover gaps, and recommend process improvements
  • Systems & Tools Proficiency – Maintains accurate data in ATS and leverages Excel/Sheets (and dashboards) for reporting
  • Communication & Collaboration – Partners effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates with clear, professional communication

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including onsite logistics, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes organized and on track
  • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms to build strong talent pipelines
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking in the ATS
  • Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and key metrics
  • Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, improve processes, and support hiring decisions
