About The Position

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator Co-op offers an exciting opportunity to be a critical part of building the talent engine fueling a high growth, global organization. This role supports North America HR by providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, focusing on executing administrative duties and operational transactions to improve North America’s HR capabilities and processes. A successful candidate will be highly motivated, well organized, able to multi-task, proactively prioritize work activities, and meet tight deadlines. The TA Coordinator will be a key member of the North American HR team.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at Northeastern University with a May-June 2027/2028 graduation date and ability to intern with us from June 8, 2026-December 18, 2026.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders across the organization with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to proactively prioritize assignments and manage multiple projects and demands concurrently.
  • Strong computer skills in a Windows environment, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient MS Excel skills required.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for U.S. office locations. Simon-Kucher does not offer sponsorship for this position. (Please note that CPT and OPT are restricted forms of work authorization.)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Assist the Recruiter in performing sourcing and basic screening of job applicants utilizing various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks).
  • Assist the Recruiter in planning events by reserving space at core universities, ordering food, and inviting students.
  • Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System and provide technical troubleshooting support for users.
  • Monitor Talent Acquisition mailbox and assist applicants in applying via the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Collaborate with Administrative Assistants to ensure a smooth process for all stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify gaps in the workflow to create a more seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Audit hire trackers for accuracy utilizing basic Excel skills.
  • Manage or take part in assigned special projects, such as enhancing and updating recruitment materials, processes, or technology to support Talent Acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to support candidates through onboarding to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Provide ad hoc project and administrative support to the recruitment team.
