The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for executing the overall Talent Acquisition strategy for their respective Market Units. They will drive recruiting efforts, external relationship building, and relationship management with MU Leaders. The TABP is responsible for ensuring that the staffing needs are met in their respective market unit. This role involves leveraging business acumen, strong relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset to fully execute the talent attraction strategy. They will proactively manage the sourcing and recruiting process up to the offer stage, manage all client activities within their assigned market unit, and provide consultation on hiring decisions. The TABP will also develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans with a focus on managing time to fill and improve candidate quality while maintaining a pulse on the marketplace. They will foster relationships with active and passive candidates to build strong talent pipelines and influence candidate career decisions, with a focus on diversity. Additionally, the TABP provides coaching and training to hiring managers and other stakeholders regarding staffing processes and policies to drive consistent candidate selection methods, sets expectations for all stakeholders, and partners with the TA Specialist for successful onboarding. They will maintain activity in the applicant tracking system and complete documentation to ensure alignment with government regulations and company policies, identifying opportunities to reduce risks to the company.
