About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of technical and corporate positions throughout the United States, with a strong focus on engineering, software and electronics talent. This is a hands-on, remote position where you will partner closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies and secure high-quality talent. As a trusted advisor, you will provide market intelligence, challenge thinking when required and deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Requirements

  • At least five years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Demonstrated success hiring technical professionals across engineering, software and/or electronics disciplines
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities, including experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping and engaging passive candidates
  • Confident partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders, providing informed advice and constructively challenging requirements to support effective hiring decisions
  • Strong attention to detail, commercial judgment and the ability to manage multiple specialist positions and competing priorities
  • Experience using an ATS or HRIS
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across different locations and time zones

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • SAP SuccessFactors experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across specialist technical and corporate positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, talent communities and direct outreach
  • Build talent pipelines for critical, niche and future hiring requirements
  • Conduct detailed candidate screens and competency-based interviews
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, references, background checks and pre-employment requirements
  • Provide hiring leaders with market intelligence, compensation insights and recruitment recommendations
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline activity and reporting within the ATS
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing and talent attraction initiatives
  • Represent the organization at relevant industry, university and recruiting events
