About The Position
PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, bringing healthcare home to over 3,000 clients monthly. We are seeking a qualified and dependable recruiter to build a team that cares for our clients. This is a dynamic role within a rapidly growing healthcare organization, primarily remote with some on-site requirements. We are dedicated to ensuring our most vulnerable clients receive the support needed to live full lives in their community.
Requirements
- Qualified and dependable recruiter
- Experience in developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the recruitment process
- Ability to identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies
- Experience in job posting, advertising, and sourcing processes
- Experience screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and selecting/referring qualified candidates
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and HR staff during the offer process
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies

Responsibilities
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assists in the job posting, advertising, and sourcing processes.
- Screens applicants, schedules interviews, and selects and/or refers qualified candidates to managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and other human resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
