About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner role is instrumental in driving Neara’s growth by sourcing, attracting and hiring exceptional talent. As a key member of the Talent team, you will focus on supporting our teams across the USA and Europe by identifying and hiring the right people in the right roles. Your expertise in strategic sourcing and talent acquisition will be vital in shaping Neara’s workforce, contributing to a high-performance culture and supporting the company’s ongoing success.

Requirements

  • Experience working within SaaS start-up/scale-up environments across a variety of roles and regions (ideally some experience hiring in Europe).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full req load independently, from briefing through to offer close.
  • Experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) demonstrating strong process and data hygiene.
  • Experience strategic sourcing to uncover hard to find profiles.
  • Proven stakeholder communication skills - you build credibility quickly with hiring managers and communicate proactively.
  • Natural ability to pitch candidates to attract them to Neara.
  • You’re a proven closer who can ensure that candidates are energised and excited to continue their careers at Neara.
  • Current and unrestricted working rights to be considered for the role.
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across go-to-market and technical customer success teams.
  • Run structured role briefings independently with hiring managers, setting clear expectations on process, timeline and success criteria.
  • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, especially passive candidates and overseas talent.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate "what good looks like" in a rapidly evolving, talent-short market.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate, whether hired or not, has a world-class experience.
  • Track key funnel metrics, leading with data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and metrics on recruitment activities to stakeholders for data-informed decision making.
  • Support projects to improve processes and enhance the overall talent function.
