The Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Manager is a player-coach role responsible for executing full-cycle recruiting while also owning recruiting strategy, processes, metrics, and supporting select talent management initiatives. This position partners closely with the HR Director and business leaders to ensure the organization attracts, selects, and develops talent aligned with business needs and company culture.
