The Talent Acquisition Administrator plays a key role in supporting our Corporate and Operations Recruiting teams throughout the entire recruiting life cycle. You ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams by managing offers, documentation, and guiding candidates through the new hire process. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a Human Resources certification
  • 2+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or HR administration
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • General knowledge using AI

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute the hiring process through preparing offer letters, pre-employment checks, pre-onboarding, and new hire orientation
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, proactively troubleshooting issues to ensure every touchpoint is seamless and professional
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with hiring managers and the recruitment team, keeping all stakeholders aligned on candidate and new hire statuses throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Manage weekly recruiting reporting by collecting, consolidating, and presenting data in a clear dashboard format for Talent Acquisition leadership
  • Process internal employee status changes related to the recruitment function, maintaining data integrity while handling confidential information across all systems and onboarding documentation
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with process improvement initiatives, operational workflows, and additional administrative responsibilities as needed
