About The Position
The Part Time Tailor with Embroidery Experience will execute the craftsmanship strategy in partnership with the Master Tailor or Manager of the Tailor Shop. The role provides basic alteration services, supports additional Tailor Shop projects as needed, and helps deliver an elevated client experience through strong customer service. The Tailor also articulates the shop’s services and educates and trains store teams on customer offerings and services as a Brand Ambassador.

Responsibilities
- Execute the craftsmanship strategy in partnership with the Master Tailor or Manager of the Tailor Shop.
- Perform basic alteration services, including hemming, patching and repair, and tapering.
- Partner with the Master Tailor and Manager of the Tailor Shop on additional projects as needed.
- Provide strong customer service to elevate the client experience.
- Articulate and carry out all Tailor Shop services.
- Educate and train store teams on customer offerings and services as a Brand Ambassador.
