About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer for its Minneapolis, Minnesota site. The role involves patrolling sensitive areas, assessing environments for risk, controlling access to secure areas, and responding to threats and alarms. Officers move around throughout the shift and must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The hourly wage is $23.10. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Have Level 2 security experience.
• Hold Level 2 certification or be willing to obtain it.
• Have a state license if required.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
