As a Tactical Security Guard for our parking facilities, you’ll be the steady presence people count on — ensuring safety, providing support, and protecting public spaces with professionalism and empathy. This is more than a guard role — it’s about leadership through action, awareness, and care.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in Canada
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (WSIB approved)
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Stay active throughout your shift with the ability to stand and patrol for up to 12 hours.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property and maintain a visible security presence.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and alarms.
• Use de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts professionally.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.
• Complete accurate reports and use computer-based reporting systems.
• Follow site procedures and support the Team Lead with daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, emergency responders, and your team.
• Help maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment every day.
