About The Position

The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for overseeing table games operations, ensuring adherence to house rules, procedures, and guest satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, resolving disputes, maintaining accurate records, and upholding company policies and service standards.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods, and procedures.
  • Ability to verify fill slips, credit slips, and markers.
  • Skill in settling disputes and problem resolution.
  • Ability to interact with guests and model interactive skills.
  • Alertness to unusual or questionable activities.
  • Ability to report situations to superiors.
  • Proficiency in rating guests and promoting Total Reward cards.
  • Knowledge of Title 31/BSA/Underage Gaming regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to maintain table game inventories and player win/losses.
  • Skill in changing cards/dice, and opening/closing games.
  • Ability to handle and intervene in employee/guest issues.
  • Capability to counsel, guide, coach, and instruct personnel.
  • Ability to champion service programs and standards.
  • Skill in preparing and coordinating performance reviews.
  • Understanding and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to inform management of safety problems.
  • Skill in maintaining key security.
  • Ability to deliver and complete required standards for property initiatives.
  • Willingness to attend all mandatory meetings.
  • Leadership and guidance skills for dealers and pit staff.

Responsibilities

  • Display a working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods, and procedures.
  • Verify fill slips, credit slips, and markers.
  • Settle disputes that arise from guests, referring complex issues to a manager.
  • Assure guest development by interacting with guests and modeling interactive skills.
  • Remain alert to any unusual or questionable activities by employees or guests.
  • Report any situation to their assigned superior.
  • Rate all guests and promote and create Total Reward cards.
  • Maintain knowledge of Title 31/BSA/Underage Gaming regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately maintain table game inventories and player win/losses.
  • Change cards/dice, and open and close games.
  • Handle and intervene in problems or differences between employees and guests, aiding in problem resolution and service recovery.
  • Counsel, guide, coach, and instruct assigned personnel.
  • Champion all Family Style Service Programs and Service Standards.
  • Prepare and coordinate periodical performance reviews of assigned personnel.
  • Enforce all company policies and procedures.
  • Inform Shift Manager and Assistant Shift Manager of potential safety problems.
  • Maintain key security.
  • Deliver and complete minimum required standards for all property initiatives.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team of dealers and pit staff.
