About The Position

This role involves overseeing gaming tables, ensuring dealer compliance with procedures, and managing gaming equipment. The supervisor will also handle customer interactions, including credit verification and issuing complimentary services, while resolving disputes and promoting positive team and customer relations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year Supervisory experience in gaming industry or equivalent
  • Must have working knowledge of all games in which they supervise
  • Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to read and write English proficiently
  • Ability to speak English
  • Must be proficient in all math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and fractions
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.
  • Must know perfect Basic Strategy.

  • Other training or work experience may be used in lieu of High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce Dealer compliance with pit and game procedures.
  • Attend meetings, training activities, courses and all other work-related activities as required.
  • Supply gaming tables with proper and sufficient gaming equipment.
  • Complete rating information on casino table players.
  • Verification of customer credit status.
  • Issue guest complimentary based on the evaluation of patrons play.
  • Communicate large and/or multiple buy-ins in compliance with established Pit procedures.
  • Promote outstanding customer and Team Member relations.
  • Prepare Marker, Table Fill and Table Credit documents.
  • Identify and resolve Table Games disputes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
