ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Works closely with the Director of Gaming Operations to oversee table games operations and personnel. 2. Develops an effective staff to meet and exceed performance expectations by establishing and maintaining positive work morale. 3. Provides personal attention and assistance to internal and external guests. Ensures guest satisfaction. Resolve patron disputes. 4. Coordinates Table Games activities with other departments. 5. Coaches, mentors, and advocates for Team Members as well as the Company. 6. Supports Team Members in providing excitement and delivering world-class service through excellent hospitality and customer service. 7. Responsible for controlling labor costs through proper forecasting and scheduling of staff. Schedules staff to meet the demands of the business and makes adjustments if necessary. 8. Monitors Table Games activity and customer play to protect the integrity of the games and safeguard the casino's assets. 9. Directs the opening and closing of individual games based on business levels. 10. Maintains a thorough knowledge of games, house rules, and procedures covering each game within assigned pit(s). 11. Explains game rules to employees and customers as necessary. 12. Authorizes and supervises the Table Games fills, credits, and limits. 13. Assures proper completion of currency transaction reporting paperwork as required by federal regulation. 14. Rates customer table game activity and identifies high roller action as required by federal regulation. 15. Ensures there is proper communication with staff between shifts and other departments. 16. Ensures gaming activity is conducted in accordance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act and Gaming Regulations. 17. Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed or directed. 18. Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Passionate and enthusiastic about their career, caring for their team. Solid decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills are required. Excellent verbal communication skills are required. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment. Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with all individuals, customers, and co-workers. Ability to work occasional overtime and irregular hours. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: A bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred, or equivalent experience in casino operations, hotel operations, food and beverage, or HR. One (1) year of related experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License.
