Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3–5 years of casino gaming leadership or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of table games operations, procedures, and gaming regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Working knowledge of Title 31 requirements and casino compliance standards.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to both guests and team members.
  • Foster a fun, engaging, and welcoming gaming environment.
  • Build relationships with new and returning guests, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally, fairly, and efficiently.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and support to dealers and frontline team members.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance and service goals.
  • Ensure team members understand expectations, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with department leadership on performance evaluations, recognition, coaching, and corrective action when needed.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a strong and visible presence on the casino floor.
  • Monitor table game operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and game integrity.
  • Track fills, credits, jackpots, bankrolls, cards, dice, and pit inventory.
  • Ensure all gaming paperwork and shift documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor games for irregularities and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Coordinate with departments across the property to deliver seamless guest service.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of gaming regulations, internal controls, and Title 31 requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and New York State Gaming Commission regulations.
  • Verify jackpot documentation, tax forms, and operational records are completed accurately.
  • Communicate operational updates, promotions, and policy changes to team members.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
