About The Position
As a Table Games Floorperson, you oversee the smooth and efficient operation of gaming tables during your shift. You train, supervise, and monitor dealers to ensure they follow approved procedures, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Working closely with the Table Games Manager, you support leadership and frontline teams by maintaining operational excellence, resolving issues promptly, and delivering exceptional guest service. Your leadership and attention to detail help create a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment that upholds the casino’s integrity and reputation.
