Manage, direct, evaluate, and monitor the Table Games department operations to ensure adherence to gaming regulations and company policies and procedures, maximize guest satisfaction and returns, and ensure the protection of company assets. Review and analyze operational procedures and practices and marketing strategies to effect maximum business and revenue related to Table Games operations. Review and analyze Table Games financial activity reports. Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and laws. Prepare and/or review Table Games forecast and budgets. Administer and monitor established gaming and credit policies and procedures.
