Requirements

  • Must deal every Table Game offered on property the first day the position of Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor is posted on the company website.
  • Must be eligible to transfer, less than 7 attendance points, to be considered for the position of Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor on the first day posted to the company website.
  • Cannot have any active FWW on file.
  • Currently a full-time employee (though management reserves the right to promote part-time dealers if no qualifying full-time employee applies, or hire from sister/qualifying casino properties).
  • Qualified candidates will be selected based on seniority.
  • Must be willing to work any shift regardless of days off.
  • Superior guest service both with internal and external guests.
  • Flexibility to new ideas and change.
  • A strong desire to help teach and mold people.
  • The ability to admit and accept responsibility.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

  • One-year dealing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patrons of the casino.
  • Handle buy-in and payoff transactions.
  • Deal table games while adhering to department policies and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate with managers and staff.
  • Verify fills, credits, and chip amounts issued.
  • Directly supervise a maximum of six tables in the Table Games Department.
  • Oversee games in progress, customers, and employees in assigned sections.
  • Ensure company assets are safeguarded.
  • Issue playing cards during shifts.
  • Assist with any guest issues or questions.
  • Handle guest buy-ins and payouts.
  • Track and rate players.
  • Enforce rules and regulations established by the property.
  • Perform additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
  • Train team members on policies and procedures in accordance with Internal Controls/Standard Operating Procedures.
