About The Position

Supervises and coordinates the activities of Table Games Dealers (excluding poker) to ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Ensures game integrity, supports guest satisfaction, and promotes a professional and engaging gaming environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2,000 hours of casino supervisory experience required
  • Minimum 2,000 hours of dealing experience for each applicable game (blackjack, roulette, craps) required
  • Strong knowledge of table games operations and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to handle guest disputes professionally and effectively
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in supervised games (audition required)
  • Must pass Basic Strategy Test every six months
  • Must obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with drug testing and background investigation requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with Washington State Gaming Compact, NIGC regulations, internal controls, and company policies
  • Supervises assigned table games and oversees dealer performance during shift
  • Monitors gameplay to ensure integrity, accuracy, and adherence to rules
  • Corrects dealer errors and ensures proper procedures are followed
  • Oversees table operations including fills, credits, and rack maintenance
  • Tracks player activity and supports player rating processes
  • Resolves guest disputes and escalates issues as appropriate
  • Builds and maintains positive guest relationships to enhance experience
  • Approves change-making transactions within authorized limits
  • Ensures appropriate player comps are issued in alignment with guidelines
  • Evaluates dealer performance and provides feedback and coaching
  • Maintains protection and accountability of company assets
  • Communicates effectively with leadership and team members
  • Maintains awareness of gaming floor activity and operational needs
  • Adheres to attendance standards and scheduling requirements
  • Participates in internal review hearings when required
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Directly supervises Table Games Dealers. Responsibilities include training, coaching, assigning work, evaluating performance, addressing concerns, and supporting disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
