About The Position

This role serves a dual purpose, acting as both a Table Games Supervisor and a Table Games Dealer. In the supervisor capacity, responsibilities include monitoring currency exchange for gaming chips, overseeing bet payments and collections according to company and regulatory rules, and ensuring accurate completion of all paperwork and transactions. The supervisor is also tasked with protecting the integrity of games and table operations, supporting dealers, staying current with industry practices, engaging with customers, advising management of disputes or suspicious activity, and obtaining necessary approvals. As a dealer, the role involves providing professional and courteous service to guests, conducting table transactions with proper validations, safeguarding gaming assets, and complying with all regulations and policies. Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors, maintaining knowledge of company promotions, and performing other assigned duties are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• Ability to monitor the exchange of currency for gaming chips.
• Ability to oversee the payment and collection of bets in accordance with company and regulatory rules.
