About The Position
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is recruiting experienced Table Games professionals for positions at its Hollywood, Florida resort. Available roles include full-time Hybrid Floor/Dealers and part-time Pai Gow Tiles Dealer/Floor Dealers. The company is conducting live interviews in Boston, Massachusetts; Atlantic City, New Jersey; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Offers may be made on the spot, and relocation packages are available. Applicants should bring a resume, state-issued identification, and a physical Social Security card. The casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, often crowded, and noisy. Employees may encounter secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and frequent interaction with the general public. The role requires effective communication with guests in English. Scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Final candidates must obtain gaming licensure through a background check conducted by Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, which may include credit and criminal background checks.
Requirements
- Energetic and experienced Table Games professional.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to meet the physical and sensory demands described for the role.
- Final candidates must obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations.

- Craps experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform the duties of a Table Games Dealer or Hybrid Floor Supervisor/Dealer, as applicable to the position.
- Communicate effectively with guests in English in connection with position duties and responsibilities.
- Meet the physical and sensory demands of the position, including standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds.
