About The Position
This role involves developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior guest service. The dealer will be responsible for dealing games according to casino policies and procedures, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies. The position also requires maintaining the integrity of the assigned table, handling payoffs, customer buy-ins, fills, and credits, and possessing knowledge of all promotions and events. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. The work environment includes bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
