About The Position
The Table Games Dealer must be proficient in all aspects of the games. The dealer maintains an appropriate pace and accuracy while creating a hospitable and friendly atmosphere for Guests and Team Members at the games and throughout the Casino.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of and compliance with Nevada gaming regulations.
- Manual dexterity to shuffle and pitch cards, or work a stick and deal base.
- Must be able to obtain Gaming Registration.
Responsibilities
- Deal games proficiently in all aspects.
- Maintain proper game pace and accuracy.
- Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward Guests and Team Members.
