About The Position

This role involves dealing table games in a casino environment. The primary focus is on providing excellent customer service, maintaining the integrity of assigned tables, and adhering to all casino policies and procedures. Trainees will attend dealer school to learn the necessary skills before working at the tables.

Requirements

• Ability to deal games according to casino policies and procedures.
• Ability to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers.
• Understanding of regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain the integrity of assigned tables.
• Proficiency in handling payoffs, customer buy-ins, fills, and credits.
• Knowledge of promotions and events.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Deals games to the best of their ability and according to casino policies and procedures.
• Provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to all customers.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the integrity of their assigned table.
• Handles all payoffs, customer buy-ins, fills, and credits.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
