About The Position

This role involves interacting with customers, dealing assigned games, determining winners and losers, and handling bets. The dealer is responsible for protecting the integrity of the games, following procedures, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The position requires adherence to company policies and attendance guidelines.

Requirements

• 6 months of multiple games dealing experience required (Two Major Games Required: BJ, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat).
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Willingness to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Ability to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to obtain a VA Lottery License.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers.
• Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned game pieces.
• Determines winners and losers, collects, and pays bets.
• Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures.
• Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary.
• Interacts positively with customers and co-workers, embodying Family Style Service Standards.
• Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
