About The Position

This role involves interacting with customers in the Table Games area, dealing assigned games by delivering cards or game pieces, determining winners and losers, and collecting/paying bets. The dealer is responsible for protecting the integrity of the games by observing and following appropriate procedures. Additionally, the role requires reading, verifying, and signing documents when necessary, and embodying the Family Style Service Standards through positive interactions with customers and co-workers. Adherence to attendance guidelines, regulatory, departmental, and company policies is also essential.

Requirements

• 6 months multiple games dealing experience required (Two Major Games Required: BJ, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat).
• Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to obtain a VA Lottery License
