Requirements
- Previous Table Games dealing experience.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
- Consistently demonstrates collaborative, relationship building, welcoming and mutually respectful behaviors.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Possess a winning attitude.
- Engage guests in a fun and entertaining environment.
- Must have a positive, energetic and enthusiastic personality!
- Must have excellent guest service skills and be able to communicate fluently in English; both understanding and speaking.
- Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
- Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of casino security processes and Title 31.
