About The Position
Graton Dealer School is offering a FREE Blackjack Dealer School for individuals interested in a career as a Casino Table Games Dealer. The school provides hands-on training for open dealer positions. Admission requires a screening interview, and successful completion of the course and a live audition are required for hiring. The course runs from August 31 to October 2, 2026, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The school is located in a grey building next to the parking garage, between the parking structure and Wilfred/Golf Course Drive, with a "Dealer School" sign at the end of the building. Part-time and full-time positions are available for those looking to start a career in gaming.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older by the end of the course
- Must possess the ability to count, add and subtract
- Must have manual dexterity sufficient to handle playing cards and chips
- Good communication skills, and friendly with guests
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Pass live auditions for all games learned
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
