About The Position

The TAB Technician tests, adjusts, and balances air and water (hydronic) HVAC systems to meet design specifications, project requirements, and industry standards. This hands-on role involves inspecting systems for compliance and performance, interpreting technical documents, and accurately documenting work according to project-specific reporting procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong math skills, including calculations related to air and water (hydronic) balancing.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, technical documents, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Nice To Haves

• NEBB or AABC certification.
