About The Position

The TAB Technician tests, adjusts, and balances air and water (hydronic) HVAC systems to meet project specifications and industry standards. This is a hands-on, field-based role involving travel to and from jobsites in the Gainesville, Florida area. The technician inspects systems for compliance with project plans and performance issues, interprets technical documentation, and records work using project-specific reporting procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong math skills, including calculations related to air and water (hydronic) balancing.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, technical documents, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Nice To Haves

• NEBB or AABC certification.
