About The Position

HTS Engineering Ltd. is an independent commercial HVAC manufacturers’ representative with 20 locations in the United States and Canada. The Senior TAB Technician represents the company in the field, serving as a liaison between customers and the project management team. The role is primarily responsible for accurate and timely reporting and for testing, adjusting, and balancing commercial HVAC systems.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a commercial HVAC test and balance technician.
• Ability to create complete and professional-looking test and balance reports.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and high level of self-accountability.
• Accuracy in reporting.
• High integrity and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other technicians and team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• OSHA 10 – Construction Safety & Health proof of training required before employment.
• Must pass a driving and criminal record background check.
• Ability to climb ladders of various heights.
• Average lifting under 20 lbs.; maximum unassisted lift of 50 lbs.
• Ability to drive a commercial van.
