EquipmentShare is seeking a T3 Technology Support Associate II for their Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to EquipmentShare’s internal and external customers in a multi-channel environment. The T3 Technology Support Associate II will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with rental markets and T3 customers, and facilitate support requests throughout EquipmentShare. This is a primary customer-facing role where providing professional, exceptional, timely, and accurate service is critical.
