If you are looking for a stable career in manufacturing and production, apply today! We are seeking a Print Shop / Screen Print Operator (Apparel Department) to join our production team. This role focuses on screen printing, apparel production, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on production role involving both printing operations and fulfillment work.

Requirements

Experience with manual or automatic screen printing presses
High attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong organizational skills (inventory and fulfillment experience is a plus)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

Experience in t-shirt printing or screen printing
High School Diploma preferred
Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

Manage the full screen printing process (setup, operation, and maintenance of manual and automated presses)
Operate and maintain screen printing equipment
Handle apparel inventory management including folding, counting, and organizing finished goods
Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot basic production and print quality issues
Maintain high standards of quality control throughout production
Meet or exceed daily production output goals
Support order fulfillment, including packing, labeling, and preparing shipments
Assist with warehouse organization and print shop cleanliness
Ensure products are accurately prepared for web orders and events
Perform additional duties as needed
